**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in or completed a vocational HVAC program is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
